In Digital Technologies - RPA, our vision is to enable our TD/BAs to be fully Automated Enterprise and we have a bigger purpose to drive the Automation Strategy across the Volvo Group. And this is how you could make an impact as Line Manager for RPA Deliveries.
In this role, you will be an important contributor to the transformation of the IT landscape in Volvo Group. You will enable the shift to a modern, agile, and cost-efficient delivery organization. You will be part of the RPA & WFD Team and report to the Head of RPA.
These are the main expectations on you:
You will be accountable for the RPA Deliveries from Digital Technologies across all TD/BA/GF.
To achieve this,

• You will implement RPA strategy and the shared vision across Volvo Group through your deliveries

• You need to setup & manage the RPA pipeline of opportunities across relevant lines of business to drive tangible benefits

• Also Identify the right automation solution and build solution designs for RPA team to follow

• You will manage business stake holder interactions and major project interfaces

• You will be responsible for building the capacity planning and secure the IT Delivery

• You will secure budget and quality of deliveries by nurturing the continuous improvement mindset in the RPA delivery team.

• In close collaboration with the RPA Foundational Product Manager, you will help solidifying the technology roadmap and investment plan.

• Develop and lead a high performing team of individual contributors giving them the opportunities to be their best by coaching and effective performance management

• Ensure that your team adheres to guidelines and best practices as governed by the FP Team.

• Manage developments using Agile Methodology and will act as scrum master to manage the backlog.

• Responsible for preparing project estimates and ensure that team prepares appropriate project documentation (Scoping, PDD, SDD) for all automations solution delivered during the development cycle.

• Ensure that the team is actively involved in continuous improvement activities - developing reusable components, libraries and automation of maintenance activities.

Who are you?
We believe you want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people around the world.

• you have a university degree or equivalent, Leading Larger RPA Implementations across businesses and several years of experience leading people positions, preferably within IT management.

• Experienced in managing RPA Deliveries across multiple RPA platforms – Uipath & Power Automate and also experienced in managing hyper automations.

• You will be able to think and act strategically but also to operate and implement change tactically when required, dealing effectively with ambiguity and managing changing priorities.
