This will be us - your colleagues within Digital Delivery Digital Delivery is a new function within Volvo Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Volvo Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions.

Your Mission If You Accept It- Become a recognized expert in Solution Engineering and able to disseminate best practices
Job context:Is competent in the requirement management process and coordination in large projects or programs
Competent in breaking the requirement and co-ordinations, followup for the same with relevant stakeholders
Motivated in developing and maintaining the process documents to support Business Owners
Should be able to support, co-ordinate, resolve impediments for E2E tests along with Business owners
Solid understanding and experience using project management methodologies, ideally Agile
Possess technical skills including data modelling, system evaluations and process modelling
Supports business in prioritization of scope and in selecting/designing optimal solution based on end user needs and Business goals
Business acumen to identify with company goals and stakeholder needs
Confidence to question, analyse and provide solutions for implementation
Personable with exceptional communication skills to quickly establish solid customer relationships
Flexible team player to adapt to change in a global fast moving business
Continuously work to improve existing ways of working
Facilitate workshops according to recommended methods
Ability to support business owners for leveraging new technologies
At least 3-4 years of experience in Business analysis and 8+ years of overall IT experience. Proven ability in eliciting the Business requirements in the bigger projects
Required competence:A good understanding of methods used in requirements gathering and analysis
Experience with agile methods and way of working
Design Thinking Attitude
A mindset for Continuous improvement, team work and collaboration
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-developing attitude and interested in contributing to the teams development
Desired competencies:Exposure of Data Analytics projects
Good understanding of Data driven strategy
Insights and experience from Azure, cloud solutions and perhaps Iot
Ability to participate in discussions about how to value cloud solutions
Basic understanding of programming languages like Java or C#
Experience from working with SQL
Ability to understand Technical solution challenges
CBAP certification will be added advantage
