In Digital Technologies - RPA, our vision is to enable our TD/BAs to be fully Automated Enterprise and we have a bigger purpose to drive the Automation Strategy across the Volvo Group. And this is how you could make an impact as Manager for RPA Foundations.
In this role, you will be totally accountable for RPA Foundation products and will be part of the RPA & WFD Team, reporting to the Head of RPA.
These are the main expectations, and you will be responsible for:

• Implement RPA strategy and the shared vision across Volvo Group

• Set up/ Develop, Maintain and Support all RPA Foundational products including Automation Cloud, Uipath Platform – Discover, Build, Manage, Engage and RPA VM ware

• Lead the RPA Foundational product user groups within Group Digital & IT, TD/BA and manage the product backlog

• Drive Governance & Security in the areas of Robot Identity and Access Management, Adherence to regulatory requirements & compliance, External Auditing, Publish RPA security guidelines

• Build POC & Prototypes in Intelligent Automation (AI/ML), Hyper Automation and E2E Automation for Business Use cases.

• Develop RPA competence & Deliver training across the organization, Drive Practitioner Communities, Hackathons, RPA forums & Roadshows for the business teams

• Perform Technology Scouting, New Product Evaluation & Bench marking

• Partner with Stakeholders, Vendors, Technology & Business teams to achieve defined business outcomes

• Drive Transformation Services: Process Discovery, AOM, Automation Roadmap and Opportunities Assessment

• Develop and lead a high performing team of individual contributors giving them the opportunities to be their best by coaching and effective performance management

• Ensure that all RPA teams in the Volvo group are governed and adheres to guidelines and best practices

Who are you?
We believe you want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people around the world. To be successful in this position we believe

• you have a university degree or equivalent, Leading Larger RPA Implementations across businesses and several years of experience leading people positions, preferably within IT management.

• You will have a good experience in driving Opportunity Assessment, Process Discovery and governance for larger enterprises

• You will be able to think and act strategically but also to operate and implement change tactically when required, dealing effectively with ambiguity and managing changing priorities.
