MOBILE, Alabama (July 13, 2022) – The City of Mobile, Alabama, ordered a Mack LR® Electric Class 8 refuse vehicle to help the city achieve its goals of being a more resilient and energy-efficient city. Mack and the City of Mobile made the announcement today at the City’s Public Works facility.

Volvo Construction Equipment has launched the new L200H High Lift wheel loader in North America, featuring a 27% increase in lifting capacity and a 13% larger grapple than the L180H model it replaces. Saint-Eustache, Canada, June 14, 2022 — Nova Bus, a member of the Volvo Group and a leading North American transit bus manufacturer, is delighted to announce its largest electric bus contract to date in Canada. It has been awarded a contract for up to 60 LFSe+, the 40’ long-range 100% battery electric bus model of Nova Bus, by Halifax Transit. The Halifax Regional Council has authorized the purchase of up to 30 of those electric buses in years 2022-2023 and up to 30 more in years 2023-2024.

STE-CLAIRE, QC (June 9, 2022) During a recent visit last week to the Prevost Headquarters in Sainte-Claire, Prevost customer Coach Atlantic Maritime Bus, a family owned and operated business and leading provider of passenger transportation in Eastern Canada, took delivery of 10 Prevost H3-45 coaches, the first of 50 contracted for completion over the next five years.
