    Volvo Construction Equipment Extends Log-Handling 

    Volvo Construction Equipment has launched the new L200H High Lift wheel loader in North America, featuring a 27% increase in lifting capacity and a 13% larger grapple than the L180H model it replaces. This, combined with a stronger base unit, means the L200H High Lift can handle more timber per hour, upping productivity and driving down operating costs.

    Mack Announces Mack Calendar Contest Winners 

    GREENSBORO, NC (June 15, 2022) – Mack Trucks announced today the winners of the 2023 Mack Trucks Calendar Contest. Each of the winning entries will have a month to themselves in next year's Mack calendar.

  • Nacarato Truck Centers, a third-generation family run dealership group, completed the required training and facility updates to become the first Volvo Trucks Certified Electric Vehicle (EV) Dealership in Tennessee with its La Vergne location, servicing the greater Nashville market. This is the second location to be certified for Nacarato Truck Centers, with its Roanoke, Virginia, location completing certification in January 2022 to become the first Volvo Trucks Certified Electric Vehicle Dealer in Virginia.

  • Saint-Eustache, Canada, June 14, 2022 — Nova Bus, a member of the Volvo Group and a leading North American transit bus manufacturer, is delighted to announce its largest electric bus contract to date in Canada. It has been awarded a contract for up to 60 LFSe+, the 40’ long-range 100% battery electric bus model of Nova Bus, by Halifax Transit. The Halifax Regional Council has authorized the purchase of up to 30 of those electric buses in years 2022-2023 and up to 30 more in years 2023-2024.
