Job Summary:
Responsible for providing the design solution of components in Mechanical Engineering and Cab function by supporting long term technology and competence development plan in JTC.

Job Content:
Roles:
  • CAB&Exterior engineer

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
  • Provide technical solutions onto NPD, PM, CR and AE projects by securing cost and quality targets
  • Develop and perform system calculations, basic and modal simulations, suggest design improvements, and drive cost reductions for components
  • Resolve design-related quality issues from operation and technical support
  • Support engineering activities to improve R&D efficiency and to provide high quality product valued by end customers
  • Perform the requirement driven quality care of components manufactured by supplier or in-house
  • Support and implement team’s competency development roadmap
  • Carry out Verification & Validation activities to meet components targets
  • Give relevant feedback to management about the assigned task’s progress, risk, issues in due time and proactively contribute to team achievements and personal development

Key Skills:
  • Collaboration, PPD process and tools, product application knowledge
  • Specialized knowledge of design and analysis
  • Catia(CAD/CAE), VPM
  • Good communication, adaptability and open to change.

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
  • Mechanical Engineering/Bachelor of engineering
  • Experience working with global teams desirable

2. Additional Important Requirements:
  • English language skill
  • Attitude with creative and energetic
