Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Develop electrical and electronics systems and embedded software with fulfilling QDCF throughout lifecycle.

Job Content:

  1. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
  • Electrical & electronic systems development to meet customer requirements including reliability & durability and cost target.
  • Work closely with development & system engineering to better understand requirements.
  • Design modelling of E&E software architectures
  • Design, implement, integrate, test and maintain the embedded software for machine functionality.
  • Cooperate with global team for SW development and ESW process
  • Provide technical support to other teams for product improvement and new product development
  • Management of system quality and reliability improvement projects
  • Provide technical support to other teams for product improvement and new product development
  • Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions
  1. Key Skills:
  • Product knowledge – Electrical & Electronic System
  • Designer competences – Electrical & Electronic system technology
  • Skilled in software modelling and structural methods.
  • Experienced in developing distributed real-time embedded systems.
  • Skilled in requirements and configuration management.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in conceptual thinking
  • Have a pragmatic and generalist approach to technical solutions.

Required knowledge & experience:

  1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
  • BS/MS in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in product development, preferably with construction machine E&E systems
  • Broad interest in technology, especially within the area of heavy vehicles
  • Experience dealing with design and development problems and strong intuitive and analytic ability to resolve problem
  1. Additional Important Requirements:
  • English skill in both written and oral.
  • Good communicative skills.
