Role (Purpose of the job):

Develop electrical systems and electrical components with fulfilling QDCF throughout lifecycle.

Job Content:

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

• Define technical requirements for electrical system and parts
• Design of electric schematics
• Design of electric assembly groups in CAD 3D
• Design of wire harness drawings
• Support proto building & Proto testing
• Perform risk analysis for different development phases
• Support Product maintenance in production and aftermarket
• Attending global component developing
• Proactively contribute to team results and personal development
• Management of electrical system quality and reliability improvement projects
• Provide technical support to other teams for product improvement and new product development
• Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions

Key Skills:

• Product knowledge – Electrical & Electronic System
• Designer competences – Electrical & Electronic system technology
• Skilled in requirements and configuration management.
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in conceptual thinking
• Have a pragmatic and generalist approach to technical solutions.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

Education/Professional Qualifications required:
  • BS/MS in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in product development, preferably with construction machine E&E systems
  • Broad interest in technology, especially within the area of heavy vehicles
  • Experience dealing with design and development problems and strong intuitive and analytic ability to resolve problem

Additional Important Requirements:
  • English skill in both written and oral.
  • Good communicative skills.
