The Volvo Group is looking for a "Director Service Market and Retail Development" (m/w/d) for our brand Renault Trucks.
You will be part of the Renault Trucks Germany Management Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading a team of 10-15 employees.
You have the overall responsibility for the Service Market, Retail Development and Parts Sales in the Market “RT Germany”, which is a part of Sales Region Renault Trucks Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement decided strategies, actions, and tools to support a profitable, effective and efficient network development, workshops business and part sales.
- Establish and implement KPI’s in order to monitor functional performance and provide reporting analysis upon request
- Actively drive Aftersales parts and service sales and profitability including volume, mix and margin, adapting offer and sales arguments to regional environment
- Work actively on market share growth within area of responsibility.
- Follow up on the competitor’s strategies and activities on the market, anticipate new possibilities of development in the market
- Drive and implement the retail strategy related to dealer/workshop structure and standards, business-, competence- and process development.
- Govern technical product support, aftermarket engineering, 24/7 roadside assistance services, to improve product quality, and trucks repairs as well as avoid unplanned stops
Required Competences
- University degree and / or equivalent, relevant qualification.
- Relevant senior line management experience
- Strong leadership and communications skills, including, strong personal credibility and
- integrity
- Strong ability and experience in driving change
- Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mind-set, and successful people & culture leadership
- Customer and business-oriented mind-set
- Fluent in German and English
