Job Summary (Purpose of Job): Accounts Payable Accountant


Roles of Job

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
  • Match invoices with feeder system, and make accounting booking in SAP
  • Employee T&E check and booking
  • Prepare regular payments to suppliers
  • Intercompany Confirmation monthly and follow up outstanding invoices
  • Communicate with business partner with the problem invoices
  • Regularly balance reconcile with suppliers
  • Payment process flow maintenance and improvement
  • Reports preparation for business
  • Finance documents filing
  • Support for internal and external audit
  • Other related assignment

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Major in Accounting or Finance
  • 0~ 2 years’ working experience in accounting field, AP experience is preferred
The working location is Shanghai Jin Qiao office and Wai Gao Qiao.

Additional Important Requirements (e.g. language, mobility):
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Can take pressure
  • Good in English speaking and writing
  • Good in communication
  • The working location is both in Jin Qiao office and Wai Gao Qiao.
