GTP Purchasing Strategy & Digitalization is leading GTPs transformation through digitalization, to increase business value and efficiency. To achieve this, we work proactively with change management and transformation in close collaboration with GTP line functions, Group functions and our external partners.
A key part of our transformation lies in achieving the full potential of data, The Data Manager will be a key player to help us reaching these ambitions.

Key areas of responsibility:
As Data manager, you will manage our data strategy and roadmap. In close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will support GTP’s journey to a data-driven culture, delivering new opportunities and use cases for awareness and efficiency. You truly believe in data as a key asset and you have the willingness and energy to take a leading role in this journey.

Additional responsibilities are:
  • Coordinating our Data management framework and secure that it’s aligned with the framework of the Group and the North Star principles
  • Develop and drive a roadmap to secure increased data quality
  • In close collaboration with our Digital factory, product owners and business stakeholders, manage our data availability roadmap
  • Together with our Enterprise Architect, secure a consistent Information Architecture & and master data framework.
  • Be the GTP representative in relevant Group networks, foras and steering committees related to data management.
  • Manage pre-studies & change initiatives in this and related areas.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • More than 5 years work experience in, for the position, relevant areas
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding in how to leverage data value for business transformation needs
  • Good knowledge in information architecture and master data management
  • Project, communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience from working in a global business environment, where understanding the purchasing domain is a strong plus
  • Having an energetic and positive approach to problem solving
  • A team-oriented mind set & Business Acumen
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
