Solution Leader/ Product Owner for Service & Parts Information area

Hi! We are Volvo Service & Parts applications/tools Team.

We are an agile team working on development and maintenance of Aftermarket application delivered for Renault Trucks and used all over the world.
Our Scrum team consists of an external work package of 5 developers in addition to a Volvo Solution Architect.
Now we are searching for someone who will take the role of Solution Leader for the solutions DOCAPV, EASYPACK and ADIPA and also Product Owner role for DOCAPV.
Your mission will be to turn the product vision into a working product aligned with the business objectives.

ABOUT YOU
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong customer value driven mindset
  • You have proactive approach and complex problem solving skills
  • You worked in Agile environment and have Agile mindset
  • You are eager to learn
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of French is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Renault Trucks aftermarket domain is a plus
YOUR DAILY WORK
  • Main point of contact for business requirement
  • Propose the release plan for the solution including new development in line with business priorities
  • Handle the Process & Solution Key User network
  • Prioritize requirements from Process & Solution Key User Network
  • Manage product backlog for DOCAPV and ADIPA (clearly prioritize ideas, ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all)
  • Support EASYPACK product owner to manage product backlog
  • Develop user stories based on joint understanding of user personas and stories
  • Cooperate with IT stakeholders to secure efficient run-time
  • Responsible for sharing information and activities, which could impact IT deliveries or services, with relevant stakeholders
  • Cooperate with the delivery team to secure an efficient IT delivery
  • Cooperate with DM to secure capacity planning for delivery
  • Plan and manage budget allocated as an input to Delivery Manager
