We - EDI team with Group IT - are a global group who is in charge of the EDI deliveries for Volvo Group, gathering and prioritizing needs of new development and roll-out of existing services. We are a team of 20 professionals from all around the globe who are responsible for effective EDI onboarding of Volvo customers as well as EDI deliveries to larger projects within Volvo Group
So, if we put all of these in practice, due to our work Volvo Group’s product – buses, trucks, construction equipment etc., could be manufactured. And you can be the next one in our team who will have an impact on transport solutions!

As our new colleague you will be responsible for: 
• Implementation of EDI Solutions and onboarding of Volvo Group customers and its effective onboarding of Volvo Group customers
• Being point of contact for Volvo’s suppliers in regards with EDI roll-out
• Being part of a project team to support integration solutions
• Taking responsibility of the application support for our EDI implementations
• Doing IT-Consulting for internal Volvo units on EDI requirements
• Performs troubleshooting and analysis on integrated systems, including diagnostic approaches, determining root causes and identifying solutions

You will be a perfect fit for us if:

• You have general knowledge of EDI standards and communication protocols like OFTP2, AS2
• You communicate in English easily
• Your communication skills are one of your strongest points
• Giving presentation is your element
• You are familiar with communication protocols and middleware used for external and internal integrations will be an additional benefit
• Experience in GEBIS solution and working in the logistics area would be also appreciated
• Experience of e-invoicing and European financing process will be an advantage
