Chassis Program Integration Manager / Epic Owner

The team you will belong to; Section Complete Chassis is a newly formed section working across chassis department, Vehicle Engineering Gothenburg. We have responsibilities within product management, customer adaptation, geometrical assurance, proactive quality, physical verification, and material updates.
The whole section consists of approx. 35 people, divided between 2 groups in the section. We work together with many colleagues with different technical skills and cultures, which give you the opportunity to develop yourself, and at the same time, contribute with your open mind, energy, passion, and respect for the individuals. ROLE DESCRIPTION
Chassis development department works with installation of complete chassis for FH/FM/FMX and are responsible for the complete chassis delivery. We are constantly increasing our product change portfolio along with new technologies such as battery electric vehicles and fuel cell technology.
Now it’s time to expand our team with one more Chassis Program Integration Manager.
As a ’CPIM’ your main responsibility will be to monitor the IB’s scope for chassis department. You will be the chassis representative in VPIM/VPEM fora and will have to answer on questions for the chassis agile train in respective IB/VPIM. When new cost estimates are required in epics/product changes you are the one coordinating and compiling this for our department according to our cost estimate process.
As a CPIM you will also be the link between Chassis Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Technology. You will also need to share and distribute project info in the Vehicle Development teams and in the Complete Chassis Coordination meeting. Compiling and coordinating mule and masterbuild info will also be a part of the daily work.
You will also be appointed as Epic Owner in selected development epics, where we have heavy chassis content. As an Epic owner you will have the delegated responsibility to ensure the complete product delivery according to the epic description, done through epic break downs, secured communication and milestones.

You will report directly to the Section Manager of Complete Chassis.
