On a typical day, you are
  • Develop and maintain system specification for communication technologies (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet etc.).
  • Work with product owner and verification engineer to develop and verify system specifications.
  • Working on AE topics related to in vehicle communication and mature the technologies.
  • Working with cross functional teams to gather requirements and address them in the system specifications.
  • Interacting with suppliers related to wiring, connectors and microcontrollers.
  • Will be interface for all the in -vehicle communication related topics.
  • Verifying communication technology both in lab and vehicle level along with verification engineer.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics or similar with 5+ Years of experience
  • Good understanding of Truck Electrical Architecture.
  • Experience in system engineering and developing system concepts.
  • Experience in developing system specification for communication protocols.
  • Good understanding of CAN, CANFD, LIN, Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet etc.
  • Knowledge on AVB,TSN protocols is added advantage.
  • Knowledge on HW and ECU SW is a merit.
  • Experience in designing the test setup.
  • Working with Agile teams and familiarity with toolchains like JIRA, is a merit.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
