Digital Engineering at Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) seeks an Enterprise Architect to join our team at GTT in Gothenburg. You will work with technology that is essential for planning and securing profitability and sustainability in our transport solutions. We have a very exciting journey in front of us to meet our high aspirations in terms of increased software-based product features, as well as sustainable and safer transports.

The team you will join operates in the domains of product planning, R&D finance, product cost controlling and planning.

You will report to the Group Manager for Product cost & Planning in Digital Engineering and work closely together with senior leaders and technology experts throughout the entire GTT and Volvo Group.
Main responsibilities: - Develop IT strategies (1-3 years horizon) together with portfolio managers. The planning includes changes in the application portfolios, leveraging new technologies/players on the market and an overall scheduling of major changes
- Drive updates of target architecture maps
- Support in transforming business processes and needs to capabilities, requirements, and IT architecture
- Information Modelling and IT system modelling
- Simplifying complexity through conceptualization
- Data management, governance, and consuming/sharing strategies
- Support several strategic initiatives, processes, and teams
- Collaborate with architects throughout the Volvo Group
Qualifications/Experience needed: - Excellent skills at information and system modelling
- IT strategy and architecture development experience
- Strong system design and conceptualization skills
- Experience in understand the underlying business needs and make proposals of potential architecture and capabilities
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Experience from working with large ERP solutions
- Knowledge about industry-relevant technologies
- M.Sc. in a relevant field
