We, at Digital Engineering (DE), are on a mission to drive the digitalization journey for Group Trucks Technology. We work tight together with stakeholders across several Business Areas and Truck Divisions. Within our responsibilities, we are driving the development of tools and methods to improve the overall R&D efficiency and enable the digitalization of the company. We also deliver R&D unique infrastructure to support our product development and ensures that reporting is done according to set rules and standards to be compliant with legislations.

We are looking for a person who has experience from product development with good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry. You have an innovative mind-set and a track record of building teams and stakeholder management in global organizations. DE Co-creation & collaboration is a new group to expand on the needs to efficiently do engineering work with partners in a dynamic setting with partner coming and leaving, respecting Intellectual Property and legislation on sharing data.

This team will support the following areas:

• Engineering project collaboration environment​
• Engineering product documentation and co-creation environment

We are now looking for our new Group Manager Co-Creation & Collaboration.

WHAT CHALLENGE DO WE OFFER?
As this team will start with a very small team. The first tasks is to recruit and start to develop a high performing team and secure best available competences in the area on short as well as long term in your responsibility area.

• Experience from working in agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework
• Managerial/ Leadership experience or development of emerging leader/team leader/project management
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Business economics (Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Electrical Eng., Computer Science, IT, Business) or equivalent experience and knowledge
• Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects
• Broad knowledge in the way to develop products in GTT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

You will report to the Director for Compliance and Product IT Tools Digital Engineering in Volvo Group Trucks Technology and be a member of the Compliance and Product IT Tools management team. The team and you will be located in Lindholmen.
