At the Customer Feature Verification section, we are now looking for a Group Manager Durability and Reliability for our Durability and Reliability team, to join us in our journey to secure customer success.

In this position you will be a member of the Customer Feature Verification Management team and will report to the Director Customer Feature Verification. THIS IS HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Your team’s primary mission is to define, verify and validate the targeted quality level and design life of components, systems, and the complete vehicle in close collaboration with the engineering departments. You will also together with your team, actively finding new ways of understanding our customers usage and their expectations on our vehicles and work closely with the other teams to improve our test methods and test codes.

Your team consists of 15 highly skilled Durability and Reliability Feature Engineers and Feature Analysts with diverse backgrounds, and you will be on top of defining how to achieve the best work situation with them. You are also on a mission to find new team members complementing your existing strengths in competence and characters. Your role is to provide a collaborative working environment and cultivate passion, trust, and transparency through clear communication. You will build, grow, and lead a world-class engineering team by developing a culture of learning and through coaching and career development. As our next leader, you will also set the road map and objectives for your organization and act as servant leader to get your team there.

To be successful in this position we believe you have a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar, have several years of experience from leading people, proven track record within durability- and/or reliability- analysis, simulation, and design, experience in data analysis, and quality tools e.g., FMEA.
