Country Sales Manager Poland and Baltics

As a Country Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and managing relationship with customer and being a spokesperson for Poland and Baltics markets. In addition, Country Manager will drive sales performance and secure that the planned levels are achieved (full profit and loss responsibility) in line with policies and rules of the company. You will be a member of the Market East Management Team.


Main resposibilities:
  • Lead the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy and tactics for Poland and Baltics in line with Business Unit Europe strategy and guidelines.
  • Deliver what committed in the strategy.
  • Drive price management in an optimal way
  • Manning and management of cross-market joint functions (where applicable)
  • Drive cross market functions and explore cross organizational synergies
  • Manage and develop relationships with Polish and Baltic Key Customers
  • Secure implementation of Marketing & Sales process improvements
  • Secure objectives for cash flow and total lead time
  • Drive commercial activities according principles of product standardization

  • Previous commercial/selling experience
  • Strong leadership competencies at Leading People level, preferably with prior leadership experience
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Driving license
