HR System Analyst - French Reporting

So this is us – HRIS Operations Team that works with Volvo Group global HR information systems as a group of advanced system Key Users. We are part of the Global Center in locater in Wrocław, belonging to the Volvo Group People and Culture.

Our reporting team provides our business stakeholders with reports based on the information stored in Volvo Group information systems. We prepare reports ranging from daily reports for HRBPs to very interesting statutory reports. French reporting group supports with reports our colleagues in France using French language on a daily basis.

These will be your responsibilities:

• Creating HR reports based on SAP HR data
• Using Excel for reporting purposes
• Working with reports automation

What you need to bring to the team:

• Good English knowledge
• Good French knowledge (necessary)
• Good Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment

What would be an additional advantage:

• Background in HR administration and/or HR systems support and/or
• Experience in SAP HR or other Core HR solution
