EMOB Data analytics team in Bangalore is looking for a Data Scientist who will play a major role towards data driven product development and creating business impact.

Ownership

  • Managing stake-holders and work closely with cross-functional teams in understanding business & functional requirements
  • Interpreting requirements and perform Data mining techniques
  • Apply Data Science in arriving at insights and use efficient visualization tools for communication
  • Contribute to Group's aspiration towards data driven product development and services
  • Provide insights with stories that convinces stake-holders
  • Responsible for specific BEV product applications across the Group
  • Way of working through Agile promoting progressive, quick and innovative. Also, the freedom to fail and learn.
  • Pro-active contribution to Data Analytics community
  • Contributing to the culture of data driven development across the Group

Required Skills

  • MS/M.Tech/M.E in Mathematics, Physics, IT or applicable engineering field
  • 6+ years of experience in application of Data Science
  • 3+ years' experience Data driven development in Electrification
  • Domain knowledge in Electric vehicles / Storage / Propulsion / Charging systems/ Software verification
  • Proven skills in data mining, data preparation and data analysis
  • Expertise in Data Visualization with Insights using Power BI, QlikView, etc.
  • Expertise in managing/programming data through SQL, Python, Azure, Hadoop, etc.
  • System thinking approach in problem solving
  • Proven skills in Leadership, Shake-holder management and Team-player
