You should have strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. The core of the role will be to develop strong relationships with the Market Company and the Dealer network to support the commercial activities of VFS and its partners. You will be a key support to the efficient operation of the team and wider operations department by driving change and working with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
