Experience- Education:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in electronics, software, computer engineering (or similar)

Experience – Work:
  • 5-7 years of Overall experience, automotive industry experience is preferred
  • 2-3 experience in handling Test Manager/ Test Lead role for 5-10 member team in an Agile setup
  • Experience of agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework

Knowledge & Competence:
  • Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum Methodologies
  • Good knowledge of Test Management techniques and tools, Traceability Matrix
  • Knowledge of Applying Test Management principles and Test Automation tools
  • Knowledge of HIL test rig, different levels of verification and validation
  • Good Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
  • Exposure to making Test setups , procurement and Software Test Simulation tools
  • Exposure of working in a Global Environment preferred
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Defect tracking system, Release Management, Test Management
  • Matlab/Simulink knowledge preferred
  • Overall understanding of the EE system of a vehicle
  • Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols and communication technologies, such as CAN, Ethernet preferred
