We are looking for
  • A certified Salesforce developer with at least 5 years of experience, that will actively contribute into business solution development based on Salesforce products like: Marketing, Sales or Experience Cloud
  • A natural born networker that will actively contribute in building Salesforce competency in the company
  • A self-motivated professional who likes to drive topics taking responsibility

Your typical tasks include
  • You are the driver of cloud-based solution development during all product development phases (planning, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance).
  • Support and maintain existing customizations, while eliminating technical debt when possible
  • Work in a team centric environment where a culture of innovation allows your input and ideas to become part of the solution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on a backlog of project and maintenance work
  • Develop plan for delivering on commitments, and then execute on those plans following agile methodologies.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Facilitate, research, model, and define requirements, creating value for Volvo Group, Dealers, and Customers. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Sharing of information and learnings, all while working in a fast-paced environment


About you - must have:
  • You are proficient with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
  • Following certifications are mandatory to apply to this position:
    • Certified Administrator
    • Certified Platform Developer I
    • Platform App Builder and
    • Certified Platform Developer II
  • You are proficient with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
  • You have knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning development (Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components), design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
  • You have experience in customization, configuration, Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce pages with JavaScript and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench, and SoapUI
  • You have Hands On experience on one or many of the following - Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, CPQ Cloud
  • You have in depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com
  • Exposure to the breath of the Salesforce eco-systems (Service, Communities, CPQ, Pardot, Copado, Heroku and Mulesoft).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in different geographies.
  • Excellent written (Business & Technical), verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Agile framework including writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria as a technique to capture and articulate business requirements
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • You are enthusiastic as a person and love a changing environment
  • You can work with various departments and foster teamwork
